The next decade of travel will be dominated by organizations that own their demand, govern their data, build with genuine intelligence and lead with intent. I operate at that intersection — as a leader, operator, builder, and sometimes as an investor.
As Global Chief Commercial Officer at Minor Hotels, I lead our commercial strategy across over 560+ hotels in 55+ countries — encompassing brand architecture, digital platforms, AI infrastructure, loyalty economics, and distribution within the hotel management sector. Prior to this role, I spent a decade at Accor, Qatar Airways and Air Canada, where I contributed to building, developing and/or transforming some of the industry's most recognized commercial, digital and loyalty systems across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
I write about how complex organizations can grow without losing coherence, how leadership practices compound success, and more specifically how platforms, brands, and capital can be synergized to create something that endures beyond market cycles.
Occasionally, I back founders who are innovating at that same intersections as my passions and informed beliefs.
This is where long-term thinking thrives.
